Conditions of participation Instagram competition hookahSqueeze T-shirts, Hookain Lanyards & Moze Breeze Two

By entering the hookahLove competition (hookahSqueeze T-shirts & Moze Breeze Two) on Instagram, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

1. organiser of the competition: hookahLove UG, Gewerbestr. 4, 86859 Igling, Germany

2. the opportunity to participate in the above promotion ends on 22.05.2022 at 22:00.

Only one entry per person is possible. However, the chances of winning can be increased by sending several comments. However, the possibility of winning exists only once per person.

4. persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.

Employees of hookahLove UG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

6. people who follow the hookahSqueeze Instagram account @hookahSqueeze and @brosmokes from 15/05/2022 (4pm) to 22/05/2022 (10pm) and comment on the competition post on one or both accounts are eligible to win.

The winners will be drawn at random from all participants and will be notified via the Instagram Story of @hookahSqueeze and @brosmokes and a private Instagram message.

8. the Instagram usernames of the winners will be published in order to prove the actual distribution of the prize.

The winner must send their postal address to the hookahSqueeze account @hookahSqueeze via a private Instagram message within one week of being notified. If this is not the case, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be raffled again. The postal address is only used to send the prize. The prize can only be sent within Germany.

10. three winners will be drawn. The prize includes (i.e. for each of the three winners):

- 1x Moze Breeze Two (colour random)
- 1x hookahSqueeze T-Shirt
- 1x Hookain lanyard (lanyard)

11. the prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.

12. hookahLove UG is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winner will receive an appropriate replacement prize.

13. the legal process is excluded.

14. participation via lottery associations (e.g. consisting of several persons), automated services or other service providers is not permitted.

The data provided by the participant will be processed for the duration of the promotion and deleted after the final completion of the promotion, provided that no retention or limitation periods conflict with this. 16 hookahLove UG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time - without giving reasons - if manipulation is suspected. If this involves a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently revoked. A prize that has already been delivered may be reclaimed under certain circumstances.

If individual clauses are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. For the user relationship between the participant and the hookahLove UG German law applies.

18. hookahLove UG reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, even without notice, in whole or in part. This applies in particular if for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) no proper implementation is guaranteed.

This competition is not associated with, endorsed, sponsored or organised in any way by Instagram. By entering this competition, all entrants release Instagram from any claims or liability in connection therewith. Instagram is not available as a contact for the competition.
