Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping within Germany from 59,- EUR value of goods!

We ship our packages with DHL. Please allow 1-3 days for dispatch and note that parcels are often scanned late in the evening and you will not receive your dispatch notification until then.

The goods leave our warehouse five days a week, from Monday to Friday. Delivery by DHL (Deutsche Post) takes place on six days in Germany - from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

The following flat shipping rates are charged for shipping, regardless of the size of the delivery:

Germany:
- up to a value of goods of EUR 58.99 flat rate 6,90 EUR
- from a value of goods of 59,00 EUR free shipping*

Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom:
- DHL flat rate 14,90 EUR

Other countries:
Please enquire in advance (Contact form)! However, we are not allowed to ship to all EU countries (except Germany) due to tobacco tax legislation!

* Please note that the flat rates refer to the value of the goods and not to the actual order value. This means that the redemption of vouchers of any kind has no influence on the calculation of the flat shipping rates. Only the value of the goods before deduction of the credit note applies.

When shipping abroad, additional customs duties may be incurred, which will be levied directly on you by the responsible customs authorities.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, we declare the delivery with a description of the contents and value. Any customs and import duties that may be incurred are to be borne by the recipient. National import regulations for the respective products are to be observed by the customer. We assume no responsibility for the conformity of our products with national directives and regulations outside the European Union.
