Free shipping within Germany from 59,- EUR value of goods!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Wir verschicken unsere Pakete mit DHL und meist innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen. In Einzelf\u00e4llen kann es allerdings bis zu f\u00fcnf Werktage dauern. Bitte beachte, dass die Pakete oft erst sp\u00e4t abends gescannt werden und du erst dann deine Versandbenachrichtigung bekommst.<\/p>\n

The goods leave our warehouse five days a week, from Monday to Friday. Delivery by DHL (Deutsche Post) takes place on six days in Germany - from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.<\/p>\n

The following flat shipping rates are charged for shipping, regardless of the size of the delivery:<\/p>\n

Germany:<\/b>
\n- up to a value of goods of EUR 58.99 flat rate 6,90 EUR<\/strong>
\n- from a value of goods of 59,00 EUR free shipping<\/strong>*<\/p>\n

Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom:<\/b>
\n- DHL flat rate 14,90 EUR<\/p>\n

Other countries:<\/b>
\nPlease enquire in advance (Contact form<\/a>)! However, we are not allowed to ship to all EU countries (except Germany) due to tobacco tax legislation!<\/p>\n

* Please note that the flat rates refer to the value of the goods and not to the actual order value. This means that the redemption of vouchers of any kind has no influence on the calculation of the flat shipping rates. Only the value of the goods before deduction of the credit note applies.<\/p>\n

When shipping abroad, additional customs duties may be incurred, which will be levied directly on you by the responsible customs authorities.<\/p>\n

For deliveries to non-EU countries, we declare the delivery with a description of the contents and value. Any customs and import duties that may be incurred are to be borne by the recipient. National import regulations for the respective products are to be observed by the customer.
